Not that I have anything against eating house meat – I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again. But if I buy something that says it is beef, I do expect it to be beef.  What else could be in there?  Rat?  Cat?  Muppet?  Smurf?
We actually have a drawer in our freezer for easy meals.
