Kiwifruit were on sale at our supermarket a couple of weeks ago, so I bought a heap and made a few jars of jam. It came out a little too sweet – the fruit weren’t particularly ripe, so I was anticipating tartness and was a bit heavy-handed with the sugar. But otherwise the flavour is good, and it’s lovely blended with thick yoghurt (jam & thick yoghurt is one of my favourite sweet treats).
