All of these roses are growing in our garden. The previous owners really liked roses! They have chosen some with really outstanding scent – a big bunch of them is making our kitchen smell fantastic today.
A clematis is flowering
So are some red peonies
And a number of lilacs, which smell amazing
Some roses are starting to appear
Poppies are teasing us with their gigantic buds
And we are starting to be able to identify our fruit trees! Here are some tiny pears forming, and there is also fruit setting on the apple trees, plum trees, currant bushes and the gooseberry bush. We’re going to have a lot of fruit and berries.
